Ad Placement Policy

Guidelines for implementing AdStuff ad formats on mainstream and adult properties. Following these rules keeps your traffic quality high and your earnings safe.

1.Purpose of This Policy

This Ad Placement Policy forms part of the Publisher Terms of Service. It sets out how AdStuff ad formats may be implemented so that advertisers receive genuine, visible traffic and visitors have a fair experience. Violations may result in withheld earnings, suspension or termination.

2.General Placement Rules

  • Only place ad code on websites and apps that have been added to and approved in your publisher account.
  • Ad code must be used unmodified, as generated in your publisher panel.
  • Ads must be fully visible and rendered at their intended size. Hidden, transparent, zero-size or off-screen ads are prohibited.
  • Do not stack ads on top of each other or place ads behind other page elements.
  • Do not place ads inside pop-ups, pop-unders or new windows that you open yourself, unless using an AdStuff popunder format.
  • Do not place ads in emails, desktop software, browser extensions or toolbars without our written approval.
  • Do not place ads on pages with no meaningful content, such as parked domains, redirect-only pages or error pages.

3.Clicks and User Interaction

  • Never click your own ads or ask anyone to click them.
  • Do not encourage clicks with phrases such as "click here", "support us" or arrows pointing to ads.
  • Do not offer rewards, points, downloads or content unlocks in exchange for ad interactions.
  • Do not disguise ads as site navigation, download buttons, video players or content.
  • Do not place ads so close to interactive elements (play buttons, close buttons, menus) that accidental clicks are likely.

4.Format-Specific Rules

Popunders and direct links:

  • Use the frequency settings offered in your panel. Do not bypass frequency caps with multiple tags on the same page.
  • Direct links may only be promoted through legitimate traffic sources; do not use them for cookie stuffing or forced redirects.

Banners and native ads:

  • A maximum of 3 banner or native zones per page is recommended for optimal CPM; placements above the fold must not push main content out of view entirely.
  • Native ads must remain clearly labeled as advertising (for example "Ad" or "Sponsored").

Interstitials, in-page push and video:

  • Interstitials must include a visible close option and may not be triggered repeatedly within a short session.
  • Video ads must not auto-play with sound unless initiated by the visitor, and must not be placed in hidden players.

5.Adult and Mainstream Separation

  • Every property must be accurately categorized as either mainstream or adult in your panel.
  • Adult ad zones may only be placed on properties categorized as adult and must never be shown on mainstream content.
  • Mainstream properties that occasionally feature mature content must be categorized as adult or use separate zones for that content.
  • Adult properties must use an age gate or age verification method where required by the law of the visitor's jurisdiction.
  • Adult ads may never be placed on pages targeting or likely to attract minors, such as gaming, education or cartoon content.

6.Traffic Sources

The following traffic sources are not permitted to generate impressions on AdStuff zones:

  • Bots, scrapers, headless browsers, emulators and any automated traffic.
  • Traffic exchanges, auto-surf, paid-to-click, or incentivized traffic networks.
  • Traffic generated through malware, adware, browser hijacking or unwanted software.
  • Pop traffic or redirect traffic purchased from other networks and re-sold through AdStuff without prior approval.
  • Traffic obtained via spam, including email, SMS, comment or social media spam.

8.Monitoring and Enforcement

AdStuff continuously monitors placements and traffic quality using automated systems and manual reviews. When a violation is detected we may, at our discretion, send a warning, disable specific zones, withhold earnings from affected traffic, or suspend or terminate the account. Severe violations, including illegal content or deliberate fraud, result in immediate termination and forfeiture of the balance.
