Publisher Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Publisher Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Publisher", "you") and Connect Stuff, operating the AdStuff ad network ("AdStuff", "we", "us"), with its registered address at Tingietersweg 2, 2031 ES Haarlem, The Netherlands.

By registering a publisher account, adding a website or app, or placing any AdStuff ad code on your properties, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Ad Placement Policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You must provide accurate, complete and current registration, contact and payment information and keep it up to date.
You may hold only one publisher account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We may review, approve, reject or remove any website, app or traffic source at our sole discretion, with or without giving a reason.

3.The AdStuff Service

AdStuff provides ad serving technology and advertiser demand that allows you to monetize your traffic through ad formats such as popunders, banners, native ads, in-page push, interstitials, video ads and direct links. We decide which advertisements are shown, how they are priced, and may change, add or discontinue ad formats and features at any time.

We serve both mainstream and adult (18+) traffic. You must correctly categorize each of your properties as mainstream or adult in your publisher panel. Adult advertisements will only be served on properties you have categorized as adult.

4.Visitor Consent, Tracking and Fingerprinting

Important: AdStuff ad tags use cookies, local storage, device fingerprinting and similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, conversion tracking, attribution and fraud prevention. Obtaining valid consent from your visitors for these technologies is solely your responsibility as the Publisher.

By placing AdStuff code on your properties, you agree that you will:

Obtain valid, informed, freely given and documented consent from your visitors before AdStuff tags are loaded, wherever consent is required by applicable law, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, the Dutch Telecommunications Act, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and any other applicable privacy law.
Specifically disclose to your visitors that third-party advertising partners, including AdStuff, may collect and process device identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device characteristics (fingerprinting), cookies and interaction data for advertising, tracking and fraud-prevention purposes.
Implement and maintain a compliant consent management platform (CMP) where required, and pass consent signals (such as IAB TCF strings or GPP signals) to AdStuff where available.
Maintain a clear and accessible privacy policy and cookie notice on each of your properties that names or describes AdStuff as a third-party advertising partner.
Not load AdStuff tags for visitors who have refused or withdrawn consent, where consent is legally required.
Keep records of consent and provide them to us promptly upon request.

AdStuff relies on you to obtain consent on its behalf. You are fully liable for any failure to obtain or document valid consent, and you agree to indemnify and hold AdStuff harmless against any claims, fines, penalties or damages resulting from such failure.

5.Publisher Obligations

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property and adult content.
Comply at all times with our Ad Placement Policy.
Ensure that your properties do not contain any prohibited content as described in these Terms.
Not modify, obscure, reverse engineer or tamper with the AdStuff ad code or the advertisements it serves, except as permitted in your publisher panel.
Not place AdStuff code on properties that have not been added to and approved in your publisher account.
Promptly notify us of any security incident, compromised account or suspected fraud related to your account.

6.Adult Content Properties

If you monetize adult traffic through AdStuff, you additionally agree that:

All persons depicted in any content on your properties were at least 18 years old at the time of creation, and you maintain, or your content providers maintain, all records required by law (such as 18 U.S.C. 2257 where applicable).
You implement age verification or age-gating measures where required by the laws of the jurisdictions from which your visitors originate.
Your properties contain no content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality, incest, extreme violence, or any other illegal material. Any such content results in immediate termination, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to the relevant authorities.
You label your properties with appropriate adult content labels (such as RTA) where applicable.

7.Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use AdStuff on properties that contain, promote or link to:

Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of minors.
Malware, viruses, phishing, spyware or any malicious code.
Copyright-infringing content, including pirated software, films or music, where you do not hold the necessary rights.
Hate speech, terrorism, incitement to violence or harassment.
Illegal drugs, weapons, or any other illegal products or services.
Content that violates any applicable law in the Netherlands or in the jurisdiction of your visitors.

8.Traffic Quality and Fraud

AdStuff pays only for genuine, human traffic. The following are strictly prohibited:

Bots, crawlers, spiders, automated scripts or any non-human traffic.
Incentivized, forced or misleading impressions or clicks, including asking or rewarding visitors to click ads.
Purchased traffic from low-quality sources, traffic exchanges, auto-surf or paid-to-click programs.
Stacking ads, hidden or invisible ad placements, iframing ads in zero-size frames, or cookie stuffing.
Clicking on your own ads or generating impressions from your own devices.
Any manipulation of geolocation, user agents, referrers or tracking data.

We use automated and manual fraud detection systems. Traffic identified as invalid will not be paid, and we may deduct amounts attributable to invalid traffic from your balance, including amounts from previous periods where advertisers issue chargebacks for fraudulent traffic.

9.Earnings and Payments

Minimum payout is $5.00 USD. Payouts are made on demand: once your validated balance reaches $5.00 you may request a withdrawal at any time from your publisher panel.

Earnings are calculated based on validated impressions, clicks or conversions as recorded by AdStuff's tracking systems. Our statistics are final and binding for payment purposes.
Payout requests are processed to the payment method configured in your publisher panel. Available payment methods, and any fees charged by third-party payment providers, are shown in your panel.
We may hold or delay a payout while we review traffic quality, verify your identity or investigate suspected fraud or violations of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties and levies applicable to your earnings. We may request tax forms or identity documents before processing payments.
Balances are held in USD. Any currency conversion is performed by the payment provider at its applicable rates.
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any unpaid balance may be forfeited.
Inactive accounts with a balance below the minimum payout for more than 12 months may be closed and the remaining balance forfeited.

10.Intellectual Property

AdStuff grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our ad code solely to display advertisements on your approved properties during the term of this agreement. All rights in the AdStuff platform, technology, brand and statistics remain with Connect Stuff. You grant us the right to use your property names and URLs to identify inventory to advertisers.

11.Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by removing all AdStuff code from your properties and notifying us. We may suspend or terminate your account, or any individual property, at any time, with or without notice, including when we suspect fraud, prohibited content, missing visitor consent or any other violation of these Terms. Provided your account was not terminated for a violation, validated earnings above the minimum payout will be paid out after termination.

12.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The AdStuff service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any level of earnings, fill rate, CPM or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements provided by advertisers, although we take reasonable measures to screen them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdStuff's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount of earnings paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AdStuff, Connect Stuff and their officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your properties, your content, your traffic, your failure to obtain valid visitor consent, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via your publisher panel or by email. Continued use of AdStuff after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Noord-Holland (Haarlem), The Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
